Hotel Kreuz, Berne

The Hotel Kreuz is centrally located in the historic Old Town of Berne, within 5 minutes walking distance to the railway station and in close proximity to major attractions such as the Clock Tower, the Parliament Building and the arcaded shopping streets. This 3-star hotel with 100 rooms was originally built in 1895 and consists of 3 connected buildings. The facilities of the Hotel Kreuz include 2 restaurants, the "Au Premier" and the "Baerenhoefli", both for international cuisine, the "Kreuz-Bar" for snacks and late-night drinks, the breakfast room, a tea & coffee lounge and the sun terrace on the roof with magnificent views of Berne and the surrounding mountains. Description of Double Standard Room:
All rooms at the Hotel Kreuz have been renovated in a modern and friendly style; most rooms offer a view of the streets of Berne and city life (some rooms with view of backyard). The bathroom has a bathtub including a shower (some with shower only) and a hair-dryer. All rooms feature Cable-TV, direct dial-in/dial-out phone, analog modem and wireless LAN Internet access, and a safe. All rooms have 2 twin-size beds (separated or pushed together), and smoking / non-smoking rooms are available on request.
